Important for the brilliance and light-refraction is, beside of the optical purity, the precise cut of the crystal. this perfect cut is responsible for the absolutely plain surface and the controlled ray of light. the light is expanded to the various colors of the rainbow and can then brought to the requested prestigiousness.

Schöler is world-wide known for it's perfectly workmanshipped handcut-trimmings. The numerous moldings and sizes do offer a wide scope to design traditional light fittings (especially in the style of Maria-Theresia). HOLLOW GLAS (BLOWN GLASS)

Beside the crystal components, a variety of glass parts and glass bowls are used as decoration of the crystal chandeliers. This parts are commonly called "hollow glass", which is either manufactured by hand (mouthblown) or industrial.

The various parts can ordered be either plain or decorated with cuts or any other design. especially cutted pieces are produced by hand as the low quantity does not allow for industrial production. This fact allows us to use even the most special designs for small unit productions.
