PACKING

To avoid any damages during transport, we take utmost care of the packing. Due to our long-time experience we make sure that all necessary actions are taken care of to guarantee an undamaged arrival of our goods:

1. Small lamps and single parts a carefully wrapped with paper and packed into small carton boxes

2. Heavy lamps will be either packed disassembled or partly assembled in wooden crates and if required the crates will be filled with polystyrene filling material

Each and every single packed part will be marked with a label, which identifies delivery address, project name and number, client reference and identification of the lamp. The inside packed boxes are as well labeled and marking does relate to the included assembly plan.

For safety reasons chandeliers may be delivered with the crystal packed separately and / or dissassembled. If this is the case a detailed installation & assembly plan will be included in the shipment.
