A lovingly designed shade of the Biedermeier, a splendid crystal chandelier of the Baroque, the perfect lines of the Empire or the flowery designs of the Art Nouveau - they all celebrate the power of light that involves the joy. In architecture the light became a central theme of design.
We cultivate the understanding for the aestetics and the technique of former eras and we convert the ideas of architects and designers into modern, innovative solutions as well. Thus light sculptures as well as entire lighting sceneries develop of course new forms of crystal chandeliers too.

In addition we keep on developing the crystal chandelier, frequently in collaboration with our clients or on behalf of designers and architects. One of the secrets concerning the production of high-quality crystal lights is the variety of manual proficiency, the feeling for material and forms and the passion for the handicraft itself. That is the basis which makes little and great works of art glitter.
Classical crystal lights are produced with highest accuracy according to the models of the Baroque, the Empire, the Period of Promoterism or the Art Nouveau adapted to modern requirements concerning the extent and the technique. The cultivation of handicraft and the comprehension for aesthetics and for the technology of former eras qualify the company Dotzauer even for the restoration of antique chandeliers and for the stylish reproduction of lost originals as well.
