The former Curhaus of 1899 now is presenting itsself as the new luxury city resort. The impressive architecture developed by the famous design studio Foster & Partners as well as the interior design of United designers reflect perfectly the symbiosis of the glorious past and active future. More than 23 different types of light fittings have been designed and produced with latest technologies of light, glass and metall processing by DOTZAUER DECORATIVE LIGHTING. Those spectacular light fittings can be found e.g. in the lobby, the stone hall, the ball room, the prefunction area as well as the different top-suites.

The new hotel captivates with the unique design and the beautiful location, as well as the central theme of the underwater world.. This underwater experience can be found on all light fittings supplied by DOTZAUER DECORATIVE LIGHTING. Shells, starfishs, see weeds ... each and every details has been carefully transformed on all the light fittings. Our light fittings are practically everywhere in the hotel: lobby, corridors, lift lobbies, ballroom, various restaurants, spa area, bridge suite, bridal suite, presidential suites, etc.
2004 has been the start of the build of the new parliament in Brunei. Construction of this huge complex took more than two years and in 2006 crystal chandeliers supplied by Dotzauer illuminated the Chamber Hall and the Function Halls. With a diameter of 6m and a height of more than 8m, the giant crystal chandelier in the Chamber Hall is the center-piece of the complete parliament. Uncounted arabic decor motives have been choosen with love to detail. Special attentention has to be paid to the 29! lanterns of the crystal chandelier, which are representing the 29 members of the chamber.
