2004 has been the start of the build of the new parliament in Brunei. Construction of this huge complex took more than two years and in 2006 crystal chandeliers supplied by Dotzauer illuminated the Chamber Hall and the Function Halls. With a diameter of 6m and a height of more than 8m, the giant crystal chandelier in the Chamber Hall is the center-piece of the complete parliament. Uncounted arabic decor motives have been choosen with love to detail. Special attentention has to be paid to the 29! lanterns of the crystal chandelier, which are representing the 29 members of the chamber.
